Bahtwin Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Should Know

01 Eligibility and Age Requirements

Bahtwin is an online betting platform intended exclusively for adults. To register and use any part of the Bahtwin platform — including placing bets, accessing casino games, or participating in promotions — you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, as required under Philippine gambling regulations.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or a jurisdiction where online betting is lawful.

02 Account Registration and Verification

Each person may hold only one Bahtwin account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses claimed across them. Information You Provide

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. Providing false information — even partially — is grounds for immediate account closure.

KYC (Know Your Customer)

Bahtwin may ask you to submit identity verification documents at any stage — typically before your first withdrawal or when your cumulative bets reach certain thresholds. Accepted documents include a Philippine government-issued ID (UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, passport, or SSS ID). Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may be restricted or closed.

Your account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, or allow any other person to access or use your Bahtwin account. Bahtwin is not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from you sharing your login credentials.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

Bahtwin processes all financial transactions in Philippine Peso (₱). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include:

• GCash and Maya (e-wallets)
• GrabPay and Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

Deposit Rules

Deposits are credited to your Bahtwin balance immediately in most cases. Bahtwin does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Before your first withdrawal is approved, KYC verification must be complete. Bahtwin aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours for e-wallets and within 1–2 banking days for bank transfers.

Bahtwin reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any outstanding verification or investigation. In cases where fraud or bonus abuse is suspected, funds may be frozen while the matter is reviewed.

04 Betting Rules

Bets placed on Bahtwin are governed by the specific rules of each market as displayed at the time of bet placement. By confirming a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable market rules. General betting rules applicable across all Bahtwin markets include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bahtwin does not accept cancellation requests for bets already placed unless a clear technical error occurred on the platform's end.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds shown on your confirmed bet slip are the odds that will apply to your stake.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by market and are displayed on each betting page.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. Bahtwin reserves the right to limit bet amounts for any player at its discretion.
• If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled within 72 hours, all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned.
• In cases of obvious pricing errors, Bahtwin reserves the right to void affected bets and communicate the reason to the player.

Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are available for selected events across sports, boxing, and MMA. Odds in live markets update frequently based on real-time event developments. Bets placed during a brief period while odds are in the process of updating may be accepted at the new odds rather than those displayed at the moment of placement. Bahtwin will confirm the accepted odds on your bet slip.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Bahtwin offers promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and fight-night specials. Every promotion comes with its own set of terms, including eligibility, opt-in requirements, wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bonus amounts. • Bonuses are credited as bonus funds unless stated otherwise. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be converted to real money by meeting the wagering requirement.
• Only one active bonus may apply per account at a time, unless specifically stated that stacking is permitted.
• Bahtwin reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and winnings generated from it if there is evidence of abuse, multi-accounting, or violation of promotion terms.
• Players who use VPNs, multiple accounts, or other methods to bypass promotional restrictions will have all bonuses forfeited and accounts reviewed.

07 Account Security

Bahtwin will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any message claiming to be from Bahtwin and requesting your credentials, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to support@bahtwin.best immediately.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Bahtwin support immediately. The team can temporarily suspend your account while the situation is investigated. Any bets placed or withdrawals initiated during a period of suspected unauthorized access will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bahtwin and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Registering more than one account per person
• Using another person's identity or payment method
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bet outcomes
• Using software bots, automated betting scripts, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Deliberately exploiting pricing errors or technical glitches
• Engaging in money laundering or using Bahtwin as a vehicle for any financial crime
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Bahtwin staff or other players
• Attempting to access another user's account

Bahtwin conducts ongoing monitoring of account activity and betting patterns. Any account showing indicators of prohibited behavior will be investigated. Bahtwin cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities when required.

09 Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your Bahtwin account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining after all pending bets are settled will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC requirements being met.

Bahtwin reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is reasonable evidence of a violation of these Terms and Conditions. In cases of fraud, money laundering, or serious policy breach, funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

Players who have self-excluded through Bahtwin's responsible gaming tools and subsequently attempt to re-register before their exclusion period has ended will have the new account closed immediately. Winnings generated during any self-exclusion period may be voided.

10 Limitation of Liability

Bahtwin provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Bahtwin will not be liable for:

• Losses caused by platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions outside our control

11 Privacy and Personal Data

Bahtwin collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that document.

12 Amendments to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of Bahtwin that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
